Order Processing Time

• Standard processing time: 4–5 weeks.
• If the product is available in your size in stock, it can be dispatched the next working day on request at info@khyatirughani.com.
• Most pieces are made to order, hence may take longer. For specific queries, please contact us for a quicker resolution.

Shipping

• We ship worldwide from our Mumbai studio via reliable courier partners.
• Free shipping within India.
• Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 2–4 working days*.

*Please note: Shipping times are estimates from the date of order. Khyati Rughani is not responsible for delays due to customs or payment authorization.

Ordering Multiple Products

• If your order includes multiple products with different dispatch dates, they will be shipped together once all items are ready.
• If you wish to receive some products earlier, kindly email us your order number at info@khyatirughani.com, and we will assist you.

Customised Products

• Customisation in size and colour is available on request.
• Customised products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipment Tracking

• You will receive an email acknowledgment once your order is placed.
• A second confirmation email will be sent once payment is verified and your order is approved for shipping.
• You will also receive regular email updates on your order status.
• Tracking details can be viewed in the My Account section of www.khyatirughani.com.

Order Delays

• We work hard to ensure timely deliveries but delays may occur.
• If your order is delayed beyond the mentioned timeline and you have not heard from us, please write to info@khyatirughani.com.
• Our team will respond within 48 hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted, except under extenuating circumstances (e.g., national holidays).
• Acceptance of cancellations beyond 24 hours is solely at the discretion of Khyati Rughani.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card) within 7 business days.

Note: Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, but it may be exchanged under certain conditions.

Returning Items

• To request a return or exchange, email us at info@khyatirughani.com with your name, address, order number, and reason for return, and fill in the Return & Exchange Form.
• Items must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please use a registered courier service and keep the tracking number until confirmation of receipt.
• The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
